Currently we only ship to the USA. We are working on adding more countries in the future.
Orders will take 5-15 business days to arrive. For some exceptions, it can take between 10-20 business days for your product to arrive. Depending on where you live and the current shipping company situations due to Covid-19.
Our processing time usually takes about 1-3 business days until we handover the orders to our shipping partners.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders!

Shopping should make you happy, so don't be afraid to mix things up! If a product isn't like you expected, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original conditions and packaging.
Please note: All orders made during black friday, cyber monday and holiday season (until December 26th) are subject to no returns and/or refunds, only exchanges!
You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Decora does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 3-4 business days.

We know how annoying a situation like this can be. Of course we will send you a brand new product after confirming the product was damaged or defective. If the product has to be returned, shipping costs are covered by Decora. We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 30 days of the delivery date.

Our returns team will be available for you to communicate the returning process. We will process your return within 3 business days after receiving the product. If you can tell us a tracking number for returning package, it will be easier for us to process your return as soon as possible. We do not cover shipping costs for returning!
Return timeframes depend on your shipping date and when we receive the product.
As long as your order has not been submitted for fulfillment, we can cancel it. If your order already has been shipped, we kindly ask you to follow our return policy in order to get the full refund. Please understand that we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
We usually process orders for fulfillment within a few hours, so please let us know as soon as possible.
